Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Signal Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Creem. You can manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation through the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billed. Annual subscriptions, duplicate charges, and incorrect billing may be reviewed case by case if you contact hometocutepet@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem.
Acceptable Use
You may not: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, resell API access without authorization, or interfere with the service's operation.
Intellectual Property
Signal Finder's interface, AI models, scoring algorithms, and original content are our intellectual property. Repository data displayed is sourced from GitHub's public API and belongs to the respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Signal Finder is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on the AI-generated insights or data displayed on the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
AI Features and Third-Party Models
Signal Finder is an independent product. Some features use third-party AI models to generate summaries, search assistance, and product research outputs. Those model providers do not operate, endorse, or control Signal Finder. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and you should verify important decisions against the original repository, documentation, and your own judgment.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
